Jack Rabbit’s

Jack, of Jack’s Steak House fame, has opened his third beef-centric restaurant in the old Savory location. A spot-on burger and shake shack, with a full menu of innovative sliders: me, I like the Plain and Simple, but caramelized onion, bacon and American cheese with magic sauce was yummy, too. Or skip the sliders and have a regular sized burger, scary spicy wings, decent fries, and a full list of Dragon Dogs, (borrowed from his famed hot dog stand on Saybrook Point). If you must have a beer with your burger, grab a stool next door at the Main Street Tavern and they’ll serve your order through a hole cut in the wall.
