Holiday Events on the Shoreline

It seems e-list readers could care less about Black Friday, because most of you responded to my facebook query that you like to spend the day after Thanksgiving with your family and many of you head out in search of the perfect tree. We spend the day at the Florence Griswold Museum for the Magic of Christmas. This year’s events include a presentation of The Frog Prince by Pumpernickel Puppets, the Palette tree (see new works by Dina Varano and Guy Wolf), and card and gift-making in the Hartman Education Center. The Museum Shop is crammed with great gift–and it’s the only place on the Shoreline to find Billie Beads coveted Christmas Tree Pins. (Can’t help but shout out my sister and brother-in-law!).
