Dorie Greenspan (local baking guru and author of Baking, From My Home To Yours and Around My French Table) swears by David Brown’s eggs and I swear by Dorie. From what manner of chicken come these glorious eggs? The white is whiter, the yolk almost orange (with none of that chalky grocery store texture) and the taste? Just rich.
