Bon Vivant Studio

I stopped by Bon Vivant Studio to see what my friend, Robin Rountree, is up to and was delighted to find a barn-like space filled with her painted vintage finds, topiary, lighting, candles (and perfect little placecards for my Thanksgiving table). Robin’s an accomplished interior designer and offers a fantastic service: Designer-for-a-Day. She’ll come to you, rearrange your furniture, evaluate your trouble spots and help figure out how to improve your space on a budget.
She’ll provide you with a digital story board, complete with a high and low end of choices. And, you get access to her tried-and-true stable of painters, upholsterers and cabinet-makers. Visit Bon Vivant on December 1st for an in-store party featuring Skinny Girl Margaritas, holiday fashion ideas by Rae Ann (the new owner of Silkworm in Essex) and home accessories from Mimi Benner (ex of Fenwick Cottage).
Bon Vivant is across from Scott’s Farm Stand and above the Design Source in Old Saybrook.
